Masturbation as Meditation – My Experience with Sexual Transmutation, The law of Attraction and Orgasm.

In this video, Venus replies to a question sent to her via YouTube. She doesn’t usually do this because the comments she receives can sometimes be anything but positive. Questions sent to her via email or Direct Message are more likely to be answered. In this case, the query relates to her approach to meditation.
Venus explains that she has been practising meditation for over two years. During that time she has tried several types. Initially, there were two that she preferred. The first was abdominal breathing – or mindfulness. Using the BellyBio app has changed her life. It was the start of her spiritual awakening. She explains that maintaining control of breath can improve the response to stressful situations. It is an empowering thing. Venus reveals that she typically functions on 2.9 breaths per minute. She found this surprising at first because she’s considered herself prone to nervousness and anxiety in the past. She’s getting more and more chilled out as time goes on.
More recently, she’s been immersing herself in guided meditation videos on YouTube. She finds these to be incredible. They have helped with issues surrounding her work on her inner child. One video, in particular, has been especially auspicious. It includes walking through a forest, coming to a clearing and standing on one point of a triangle. Another point is occupied by her five-year-old self. The last one features her 80-year-old incarnation. The meditation answered many questions about her life and worked on her doubts. Venus came to realise that she needs to protect her 5 -year-old self while making her 80-year-old self proud.
Venus is convinced that a major benefit of meditation is the acceleration of her brain function. A sharper mind enables her to greatly increase her work-rate. It used to take her 3 days to produce 1 article. Now, she can turn 3 of them around in 1 day.
For her, the domestic routines of cleaning and cooking are meditative processes. The latter one especially so. She listens to chill-out music while she works in the kitchen. It assists her in putting ‘a lot of love into the food. It’s organic, full of joy and celebrates the energy in everything.’
About a year previously, Venus went through a mini-crisis. It centred around self-doubt. For her, times of pain and crisis compel her to seek active solutions. She became interested in masturbation and meditation to better achieve the goals she set in her life. It was at that time that she came across sexual transmutation.
A Google search led to a useful definition:
‘Sexual transmutation is the most powerful tool in existence when it comes to creation, invention, accomplishment, advancement and achievement. Napoleon Hill talked about the transmutation of sexual energy in his ground-breaking book; Think and Grow Rich.’
Venus had seen a lot of things about sexual transmutation but she ‘hadn’t really found out how to do it properly.’ She goes on: ‘Several guides seemed to have something missing for me.’
As a professional sex toy tester since 2013, she’s found that anything from basic vibrators to more elaborate fantasy pieces, like the dragon dildo, can be incredibly effective. She thinks that surely all of the orgasms and stimulation since then should be channelled towards more than simple sexual release or pleasure. But those goals are still wonderful, of course. Every time she has an orgasm, Venus thinks about pleasure and helping other women become more orgasmic.
Now, sexual transmutation has made orgasm, and sexual stimulation, a completely new experience. She began to use visualisation during self-love sessions. She thinks of a wish, of something that she wants in her life. Then, she imagines that she already has it. Finally, she imagines how it feels, the circumstances of having it. Within that fantasy, there is always something sexual that can stimulate her.
The thing that she didn’t quite understand before, in her previous research, was whether she should stimulate herself or not: ‘Do I get horny and start painting?’ And what did channelling sexual energy actually mean? Then, she saw a video by Teal swan – ‘How to use orgasm to manifest.’ Venus found it really inspiring. As she puts it: ‘I’m not going to miss out on all the stimulation and the orgasms. I’m going to use all those tools and develop my own technique.’
Another thing she incorporated was listening to binaural beats, which is chill-out music that provokes physical and mental states. Now, masturbation sessions can take between 30-45 minutes, during which time she listens to binaural beats. Venus relies upon certain frequencies to better manifest her desires. She listens to the music, thinks about what she wants and begins to stimulate herself.
The visualisation process takes time. She needs to imagine the literal fulfilment of the things that she desires. Then, she needs to sexualise it in order to provoke an orgasm. But, before that orgasm, she must go back to that desire and focus all of her energy on it.
The previous March, she was having 2 orgasms a day and had three wishes (which she’d prefer to keep to herself). After having 100 orgasms, all three wishes were realised. She is still very much committed to using masturbation for spiritual reasons and for goals in her life.
Some people might think that a sex toy tester must spend their life watching porn all day. Venus has never been a consumer of porn for many reasons. Masturbation can be something sacred. It can be a celebration of your body and your sexual energy. And sexual energy isn’t something sinful. Instead, it can be incredibly useful.
